Reservations
 | Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is
required to hold the unit and must be received within 14 days of reservation
request. This will also be used as the refundable Security Deposit.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout less
any charges for extra cleaning, damage, missing items (i.e. towels) or
excessive long distance charges. |
| A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)
charged by the city of San Diego is not included in the published rates and
will be due with balance payment. Amount of TOT will be included on
the rental contract. |
| 50% of rental rate is due 90 days prior
to first day of rental. |
| Remainder of rental payment and TOT is
required 60 days prior to first day of rental.

| Payment by check or VISA, MasterCard, American Express or
Discover through PayPal. |
Cancellations
|
Cancellations that are received 60 days or more before your arrival
date will incur a $100 penalty. |
| Cancellations received less than 60 days before first day of
rental: Refunds are dependent on our ability to re-rent the unit for
the same dates. NO refunds will be made for cancellations due to weather, travel
delays, acts of nature or any other circumstances beyond our control. |
Check-In and Check-Out Times

Pets
| Pets are permitted with an additional
$200 charge per week and approval by the owner. |
Cleaning Service
| We have a cleaning service that will
clean or replace the linens, towels and paper products after your
stay. We do ask that you leave the property as you found it, including
washing your dishes and removing the trash. |
Telephone Use
| Phone service is provided. The phone is not blocked
for long distance. However, we would appreciate it if
long distance calls are made using your cell phone or a calling card.
Excessive long distance charges may be deducted from your
deposit. |
Smoking
| Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Smoking on the
patio outside is permitted. |
Occupancy and Use
| Entertaining which could result in
damage to the home or interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other
residents is prohibited. |
Lost or Stolen Items
| The owners will not be held responsible for any items
discovered missing during a guest's stay. Do not leave personal items
unattended, and be certain to always lock the doors and windows. |
